Returns
You may return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will be processed as store credit or via mutually agreed alternative methods communicated through our support team.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product or alternative items are allowed within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition cannot be returned.
